ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Our Mentor Program connects female marketers with a passion to excel with an experienced female marketing and communications specialist.
The MWI Mentor Program is one of our most successful initiatives and since 2010, we have been partnering women in the industry with senior marketing professionals who are at the top of their game!
Our 6-month program is designed to inspire, encourage and guide the next generation of marketing leaders.
Our next mentoring program will commence March 2024. Mentee applications have not closed. Our next intake will be September 2024.

As a Mentor, you have the unique opportunity to positively impact your mentee’s career and life. Our program is focused on two-way communication and often provides Mentors the opportunity to learn something from a different perspective or reflect on their own career. Additionally, the program included networking with other mentors.
