Our story
Marketing Women Inc. provides a fun, inspiring, and supportive environment where marketers have the opportunity to network, learn and grow in their profession.
We engage marketers who identify as women through events with well-regarded, relevant and interesting speakers, a mentoring program and an ongoing social media presence / blog.
We are different to other networking groups as we are clearly focused on our niche market, and in doing so are more intimate, facilitating smaller gatherings of like-minded professionals. Our approach is relaxed and fun, without pressure or expectation.
Marketing Women Inc is run by a passionate committee group of volunteers, who work together to support our members’ professional and personal development.

OUR COMMITTEE
Established in 2002, this iteration of Marketing Women Vic was conceived and brought to life in 2009 then renamed in 2014 to Marketing Women Inc. A group of marketing and communication professionals who are committed to the advancement of marketers who identify as women, our current committee members have a diverse range of experience and cross all sectors and industries. Every member of our hard working committee acts on a purely voluntary basis, giving their time and expertise in order to help women involved in marketing.
Renata Kopinski
Committee Member
Renata Kopinski has a decade’s experience in Marketing and PR and is a PR Account Director at the luxury and lifestyle agency Reymond Communications.
Renata originally joined the MWI Mentor Program in 2014 as a mentee, whilst completing a Masters of Marketing at RMIT. Following her mentorship, she returned one year later as a committee member, where she has been ever since.
Renata is passionate about creating a supportive environment where women empower one another. She truly believes, that when women work together, incredible things happen.
Lily Cox
Committee Member
Lily Cox is a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Marketing at Method Recruitment. She has built her network on long lasting relationships and provides industry insights to be a trusted recruitment partner. She truly cares about helping individuals to grow in their career and take logical steps to be at the top of their game. With a particular passion for marketing, she is always looking to learn and grow in this space.
Lily joined the committee after having attended attended many MWI events over the recent years. She is passionate about being part of a committee that empowers and connects like minded women to enable them to thrive in their careers.
Gillian Victor
Committee Member
Gill Victor is a senior strategic brand and marketing leader with a varied not-for-profit and private sector background.
A values-led leader, Gill brings a focus on insight-lead, creative problem-solving and a people-first approach. Driven to support strategic objectives, Gill is committed to driving continual improvement in organisations and in her teams.
Gill has a love of learning and commitment to the professional and personal development of others. She joined the MWI committee after being a mentee and then mentor in MWI’s mentoring program, is a certified NLP Master and loves Boxer dogs and the joy they bring to life.
Isabel Knox
Committee Member
Isabel Knox is a PR & Partnerships Executive at Crown Resorts. With over a decade’s experience in Marketing, Advertising and PR at companies such as News Corp Australia and The University of Melbourne, Isabel is passionate about consumer engagement and brand strategy.
Attending many MWI networking and panel events since 2018, she greatly values the supportive environment that encourages women to empower one another in their careers. Isabel became a committee member in 2022 and is excited to be part of a community that fosters inclusion and inspiration.
MJ Li
Committee Member
MJ started her career as a clinical dietitian and saw the impact and influence of targeted marketing campaigns on decision making and consumer behaviour. This ignited her passion for marketing and initiated a career change.
MJ has worked agency and client side in digital marketing before moving to a Marketing Manager role within the sustainability sector.
After participating in the mentor program in 2020, MJ joined the committee and looks forward to empowering like-minded women.
Olivia Restuccia
Committee Member
Olivia is a Strategy Lead with 10 years experience across marketing, strategy and project management. She has worked in-house and agency across a range of brands and industries, including manufacturing, health and beauty, property and retail.
With a diverse perspective from multiple industries and a passion for thinking big picture, Olivia knows how to work collaboratively to develop and implement successful, results yielding projects.
Olivia joined the committee after participating in the Mentor Program and attending MWI events. She loves the power of networking, making friends and supporting women to be the best they can be.
